Apple pie















Ingredients: 
- 1 cup of semolina 
- 1 cup of all purpose flour 
- 1 cup of sugar 
- 1 tea spoon of baking powder 
- 1 tea spoon of cinnamon 
- 2 tea spoons of starch 
- 2- pounds of apples (1-1,5 kg) 
- nuts, poppy seeds (optional) 

Making the pie: 

1. Mix all the dry ingredients. 
2. Peel the apples and grate them. Don't pour away the juice. You can add nuts and poppy seeds if you want. 
3. Put parchment paper into the baking form. 

4. Now work in layers: the bottom layer - dry mixture, next grated apples and so on. The last upper layer should be dry mixture. By the way you can also add raisins, tastes great. And some poppy seeds on top. 
5. Pre-heat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and bake it for about  40-50 minutes. Cut it cold.
